Why am I no longer subscribed?
There are a couple of reasons why you may not be seeing your account as subscribed. Here is a list of some scenarios you could look into to help find your missing subscription.
Oftentimes, someone can sign up for a subscription in one account and it might be missing when they log into the site again. This is because the account they have a subscription with may not be the account they logged into the second time.
If you find that your subscription is missing after you logged in to the site, make sure that you are logged into the same account you are subscribed with. It can be easy to use Facebook or a different Gmail account that was not used prior.
You can view the date on which your account was created on your User Profile page to make sure it's not a newly created account by mistake.
When turning off auto-renewal, you are unable to turn it back on for that subscription purchase. So if the subscription has ended, you will need to make a new subscription purchase to start it back up again.
Before purchasing another subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct account that the subscription has ended with and that it's the account you'd like the subscription to be attached to.
